No. Renewal Desk can connect to compatible eSSL and ZKTeco devices already installed at the gym through the Windows bridge.
What happens when someone renews?+
After payment is verified, their membership becomes active, renewal reminders stop, and compatible biometric access can be restored.
What if a member already paid?+
The reminder logic checks recent verified payments so members are not sent unnecessary renewal reminders.
Can I use my gym’s own WhatsApp number?+
Yes. Each gym connects its own WhatsApp Business setup through the supported Meta Cloud API flow.
What happens if a message fails?+
Renewal Desk uses capped retries and records the reminder state, so staff can see whether a reminder went out.
What if the internet goes down?+
The exact behavior depends on your installed device and PC setup. We will confirm it during your demo rather than promise an offline access state we cannot verify.
