If you would like to delete your Renewal Desk account and all associated data, you can submit a request using the form below. You do not need to have the app installed to request account deletion.

Important: Account deletion is permanent. Once processed, your account, gym data, member records, and all associated information will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Your Renewal Desk account and login credentials
  • Gym profile information (name, location, QR code, settings)
  • All member records associated with your gym(s)
  • WhatsApp message logs and reminder history
  • Payment verification records
  • Staff accounts created under your gym(s)
  • AI receptionist conversation data
  • Biometric device sync configuration

Data That May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for a limited period after account deletion for legitimate legal, security, and business purposes:

  • Billing and transaction records: Retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations
  • Legal compliance records: Retained if required by law or to resolve disputes
  • Fraud prevention data: Retained if necessary to prevent abuse or protect the security of the service
  • Aggregated, anonymized data: Data that has been anonymized and cannot identify you may be retained for analytics purposes

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 business days. During this period:

  • Your account will be deactivated immediately upon verification
  • Data deletion will be completed within the processing window
  • You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

Subscription Implications

  • Google Play subscriptions: Deleting your Renewal Desk account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through Google Play Store → Subscriptions to avoid further charges.
  • Manual/direct subscriptions: Your subscription will be cancelled as part of the account deletion process.

WhatsApp Data

  • Renewal Desk will stop sending messages from your WhatsApp Business number
  • Message logs stored in our system will be deleted
  • Messages already delivered to your members' phones are on their devices and are outside our control
  • Your WhatsApp Business account itself is managed by Meta and is not affected by Renewal Desk account deletion

Biometric Devices

Account deletion removes the cloud-side configuration only. Member records already stored on your local eSSL/ZKTeco device are managed locally and are not affected by Renewal Desk account deletion.
